This hotel has an incredible location, being just a short walk from popular attractions like the shopping arcade and an onsen. the meals were served in a private room, adding to the exclusive feel of the hotel. the hot springs facilities were a highlight, including a sauna and a footbath, and the complimentary towel service was a nice touch.

Despite the pleasant stay, the front desk was not always kind and caused confusion during check-in.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. The hot springs were amazing and had two different designs which alternate between men and women. to that, the room was cozy and had all the necessary facilities including yukatas, a kettle, and a generous supply of green tea and complimentary sweets. The staff were friendly, attentive, and had excellent customer service skills. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to central public bath and the tram station , made transportation easy.

Nothing to dislike.

Had a great Xmas experience here! Loved the separate meals room, with personalized welcome plates. the indoor and outdoor hot springs were a highlight, and the hotel's location was so convenient for exploring the area.

Some communication issues with the staff. the wallpaper in the room was a bit outdated, but didn't detract from the overall experience.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The onsen baths were incredible, the indoor and outdoor baths were our favourites. , the hotel's rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to several points of interest and easily accessible by tram. We also enjoyed the complimentary Japanese sweets in our room.

We would have preferred more English instruction, particularly with regards to the yukata dress code, as we felt a bit uncomfortable seeing Japanese customers wearing them outside the hotel while we were told not to. although the hotel's beds were comfortable, we would have preferred a more traditional Japanese-style experience with futons.
